Pumpkin Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and prepare 3 7x3 loaf pans (or 3 9-inch rounds)
  2. In a large bowl, mix pureé, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended
  3. In a seperate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and the spices.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until well blended.
  5. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 50 minutes.
